A grand historical site that is accessible to everyone for a pleasant family day in the great outdoors, looking for the most handsome trout.
Barrandon Pond lies on the southern slope of Mont Lozère, in the central zone of the Cévennes National Park, and it is a historic site. The landscape is both austere and grand. Only a part of the lake’s surface area is open for fishing. The cold waters of Mont Lozère gathering in this natural depression quickly make the trout living in it remarkably hardy.
